Arms Workshop: Be concrete

Next Sunday May1st 20 11 at Centro de Bienestar Barros Lanzarote you have the oportunity to learn about the information kept in your arms, to know why sometimes your wrists or your elbows hurt; why it is so difficult to concrete things from time to time..... You will also learnt how to fight those difficulties with physical movements, visualizations, food, the use of colour.
